It is important to note that many customers don’t consider the “future costs” of their copier and what their actual costs could from if they don’t conduct their due diligence on their vendor:
How can you avoid these downsides and future complications?
Simple.
Conduct your due diligence and research your vendor.
While there is no ideal game plan I can give to you to do the work for you, the point is, be smart and do your research.
Good Morning to Everyone,
I’m on my commute to work and thought I would share a fun fact with you.
DID YOU KNOW?
The total cost to print a page, both direct and indirect costs (i.e. IT resources, Staff time) is $.51 to $.70 and the minimum cost to ship a document overnight is $13.09!
This is based on the consideration that you are paying a fair price for your office equipment contract and are not printing the page on a very costly desktop printer.
Keep that in mind today.
